• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,750 - $1,840
• Weekend Requirement: Must be available on weekends
• On-Call: Not required
• EMR: Meditech
• Equipment: GE cardiac monitoring
• Unit Highlights: 50 monitored beds, 8 Rapid Treatment Area beds, patient ratio approximately 4:1

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking skills in a fast-paced emergency care setting
• Ability to work effectively on nights, including weekend coverage
• Team-oriented, positive, and flexible approach to patient care
• Preferred: TNCC, ENPC, and prior experience in a hospital-based setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to emergency patients of varying acuity levels
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support triage, treatment, and ongoing care within a busy Emergency Department
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, techs, and medics to maintain smooth patient flow
• Use cardiac monitoring and EMR documentation accurately and efficiently
• Deliver care in alignment with unit protocols, safety standards, and best practices
• Contribute to a respectful, high-performing team environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
