Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Free-Standing Emergency Department position requiring TNCC and CPI certifications and at least one year of recent ED experience.

Details

• Work in a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) setting
• 13-week assignment length
• Shift scheduled from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• TNCC certification required for ED placement
• CPI certification required for all ER units
• NIH Stroke Certification required for ED RNs
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in the ED specialty required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide emergency nursing care within a free-standing ED environment
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility - no local candidates accepted
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
