Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an 18-bed Emergency Department operating under a variable staffing model with a 5:1 patient ratio
- Perform emergency room clinical procedures and interventions appropriate to an acute care hospital setting
- Utilize the Expanse electronic documentation system for accurate and timely patient charting
- Operate GE medical equipment in the delivery of patient care
- Float to other units as required per facility floating policy
- Collaborate with a tenured staff team committed to professional development and flexible scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license with a valid Compact (multi-state) license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience in a hospital setting
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS or ENPC certification required
- Current TNCC and CPI certifications required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
- Familiarity with Expanse electronic health records documentation system
- Experience working in a variable staffing model environment
