Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced ER with varied patient acuity levels
• Ability to float as needed within the emergency care setting
• Meditech experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency patients in a busy ED setting
• Perform and assist with common ER procedures, including IV starts, blood draws, EKGs, Foley catheter insertion, wound care, and ortho splinting
• Monitor patient status, respond quickly to changes, and collaborate with the care team
• Support safe, efficient patient flow while maintaining high-quality clinical care
• Use strong clinical judgment to prioritize care in a 24/7 emergency department environment
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused unit culture
