**Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Nurse!** **Job Description:** * Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking for a dynamic night shift role? * Join our Patient Care Services team and make a difference in the lives of our patients! * Your skills and commitment will directly impact the quality of care we provide to our diverse patient population. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the age and needs of our patients * Ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and safe care * Uphold the mission, philosophy, and goals of our unit and organization * Engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team with respect and compassion * Maintain current knowledge and skills relevant to the patient population served **Minimum Qualifications:** * Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing * Valid New Mexico RN license or a current Compact state license * BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC or ATCN certifications from AHA required * CPI or equivalent certification preferred **Skills and Experience:** * Strong communication skills tailored to the developmental age of patients * Knowledge and sensitivity to patient rights and advocacy * Ability to manage emergency/crisis situations professionally **Work Environment:** * Handle various challenges in a clean, well-lit, and ventilated smoke-free environment * Flexibility in schedule to accommodate unexpected changes and emergencies * Engage as a "helping hand" during low census periods, floating as required **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to stand, walk, and manage heavy lifting to position, push, or transfer patients * Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching * Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity within normal or correctable limits **Weekend Requirement:** * Committed to working every other weekend **On Call Requirement:** * Participate voluntarily in on-call opportunities Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
