Travel Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - $1,302 per week in York, PA

Job Title: Paramedic Profession: Paramedic Specialty: Paramedic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: PA EMT state license, NREMT Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, EPIC experience preferred Must-Have: - Experience caring for COVID patients. - Abnormal/Normal vital sign parameters (Adult and Pedi). - Management of emergency medications. Description: Responds to EMS calls and performs a variety of functions related to the care and treatment of patients suffering from urgent and emergent disease and/or injury states in accordance with appropriate rules, regulations, and protocols. Responsible for patient assessment and treatment in a pre-hospital setting. Assists with management of cardiac arrest and other life-threatening conditions. Operates ambulance and manages the transport of patients to medical facilities. Utilizes appropriate medical equipment and technologies in patient care. Participates in a clinical screening process to determine clinical fit. May be involved in patient care coordination and communication with other healthcare providers. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. A tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
