Travel Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - $1,337 per week in Asheville, NC

At least 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting. Teamwork mentality. Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback. Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department. Description: We are looking for dedicated EMTs to join our emergency services team. This position is focused on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The emergency department handles a diverse patient population. A typical patient ratio is 4:1, with some behavioral health holds rising to 7:1. Medical techs will be present to assist with cardiac monitoring and internal processing. Documentation will be handled through the Cerner system. Candidates should be prepared to work every other weekend. There is no floating outside the emergency department, but candidates should be open to floating within the department. A strong emphasis on patient experience is required, including respectful behavior and effective communication with patients.
