*Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period*

Years experience required: 2.5 years of ED experience, 1 year of neuro/stroke experience, 2 previous travel assignments
Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC (preferred)
Additional Details/Requirements: Must have experience with level 1 - resuscitation patients
