Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Georgetown, TX. This contract position offers an opportunity to join a dedicated emergency department at a well-balanced community hospital. The role involves providing critical care in a Level IV Trauma Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center environment, supporting the hospitals commitment to excellence and patient care.
Job Details
Position Description: CONTRACT - RN - ED (780) - 13 WEEKS The role involves working in the emergency department with a focus on rapid response and patient stabilization.
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ALS, ENPC, TNCC certifications, minimum one-year emergency department experience, location in the designated area, and a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience.
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Unit comprises 23 beds with approximately 40 staff members. The team includes nurses, paramedics, and patient care technicians, with fluctuating staffing based on patient volume. Candidates should have experience in procedures such as cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation. The department values team players with a positive, flexible demeanor and a strong collaborative attitude.
