Job Summary Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a community-oriented healthcare organization in Georgetown, Texas. This contract role involves working in a busy emergency department with a dedicated team, providing patient care in a Level IV Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will possess critical care skills and a team-oriented attitude to contribute to the department's continued excellence.
Job Details
Location: Georgetown, Texas
Shift: Days from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with a total of 12 hours per shift
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Position Type: Contract, 13 weeks duration
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 2 years ED experience, ENPC versus Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Number of Beds: 23
Staff: Approximately 40 personnel including registered nurses, certified nurse assistants, paramedics, and patient care technicians
Patient Ratios: 4:1
Equipment: Welch Allyn, GE Electronic Fetal Heart Monitor (EFM)
Unit Achievements: Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level IV Trauma Center, 2023 Mission: Lifeline Systems of Care Recognition
