Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse in Conroe, Texas. This position involves providing critical patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. Job Details
Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Education requirements include relevant nursing degree and licensure. No minimum experience specified, but 1 year of emergency nursing experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma care procedures, excellent teamwork skills, and compassionate patient interaction are preferred.
Additional Information: The position involves caring for patients with diverse emergency needs, including advanced cardiac monitoring, blood draws, and moderate sedation procedures. Candidates should demonstrate a team-oriented personality and adherence to unit policies and dress code. Weekend and on-call shifts are scheduled every other weekend.
