Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse in Austell, Georgia. This position involves providing critical nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The role requires collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver evidence-based clinical care to diverse patient populations, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Details
Shift Time: Nights (6:45 PM 7:15 AM)
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Must hold BLS (Basic Life Support) from ARC (American Red Cross), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) from ARC, TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) or ATCN (Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) from ARC. Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in a single state or multi-state compact.
Ability to read, write, and speak English. Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Strong computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word; Epic and 3M experience preferred.
1 year of nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Epic and 3M experience.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies.
Customer service skills and collaborative attitude.
