Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Lansing, Michigan. This role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The position requires careful attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform calmly under pressure, ensuring patient safety and effective treatment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); valid state license in Michigan; three or more years of recent Emergency Department experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telehealth; previous travel nursing experience.
  • Additional Information: Candidates will be assisting doctors with operations, administering medicines, and working with specific treatments that require precision and attention to detail. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment involving multiple patients with varying needs, demonstrating patience, effective communication with patients and families, and the ability to stay organized and focused during urgent situations.
