Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications. Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ER patient care, triage, and trauma situations.
Responsibilities include assessing and managing patients presenting with conditions such as abdominal pain, chest pain, fever, cough, dyspnea, headache, injuries, and extremity pain.
Ability to perform skills related to cardiac, antihypertensive, antiarrhythmic, sedation, and analgesia drips.
Tasks may include troubleshooting vents, CPAP, BiPAP, high-flow oxygen devices, and drawing labs via phlebotomy or RN procedures.
Coverage includes self-scheduling, with a minimum of six weekend shifts per six-week schedule, and full or part-time holiday coverage.
Float rotation may be required depending on operational needs.
