Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position in Manchester, Connecticut. This role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on adult emergency patients. Candidates must have previous travel experience and be adaptable to transitioning electronic medical record systems. The shift is scheduled for days, with rotating holidays and every other weekend.

Job Details:

Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week starting on 08/17/2026.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years experience as an Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN). Must have prior travel experience. Certifications required include BLS (American Heart Association), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and NIH Stroke Scale. Experience with Meditech and EPIC electronic health record systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience handling transition periods with different electronic health record systems.
Additional Information: The facility cannot guarantee block schedules. Candidates should be prepared to manage a high-volume, high-acuity environment, particularly during the transition period involving EMR system changeover.
