Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves providing direct patient care across all age groups in a busy and diverse environment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a Level 3 trauma center known for nationally ranked programs and a commitment to community health.

Job Details:

  • Location: 2710 South Rife Medical Lane, Rogers, AR 72758
  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current Arkansas RN licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); 1+ years of ER nursing experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: N/A
  • Float: Float rotation may be required if applicable
  • Additional Information:
    • Performs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients across all age groups
    • Coordinates with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient comfort and safety
    • Ensures compliance with facility policies and standards
