Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves providing direct patient care across all age groups in a busy and diverse environment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a Level 3 trauma center known for nationally ranked programs and a commitment to community health.
Job Details:
Location: 2710 South Rife Medical Lane, Rogers, AR 72758
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current Arkansas RN licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); 1+ years of ER nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications: N/A
Float: Float rotation may be required if applicable
Additional Information:
Performs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients across all age groups
Coordinates with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient comfort and safety
Ensures compliance with facility policies and standards
