Job Summary: The Emergency Room (ER) specialty position is located in Lincoln, Illinois. This role involves providing emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of adult and pediatric trauma cases, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The assignment is scheduled for nights, with a focus on delivering quality patient care during high-acuity shifts.
Job Details:
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/31/2026
Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license, minimum of 2 years of ER experience, certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC, with no first-time travelers accepted
Preferred Qualifications: Chest tube management, ventilated patient care, trauma experience, and ability to interpret arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: Candidate must have prior experience managing adult and pediatric trauma, be proficient in emergency procedures such as intubation and emergency medication administration, and have the ability to work independently in a high-volume ER setting. Orientation includes 36 hours of preparation before the assignment start date.
