Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position available in a critical access healthcare facility. This role involves providing urgent care to diverse patient populations, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The position requires flexibility to work nights and rotate between units as needed.

Job Details

• Position Description: 1Y/1ST TIMER ER RN The assignment involves floating between units at a critical access facility with 23 beds, supporting a daily census of approximately 16 patients.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of ER experience, certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS, with additional skills including trauma care, airway management, IV therapy, and emergency procedures.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to work 3 out of 5 major holidays, and must request all scheduling accommodations upfront during submission. Candidates may need to float between facilities within the proximity as needed.
• Certifications & Skills: Must possess certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS, with experience in emergency trauma, pediatric emergencies, and advanced airway management.
