Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) nurse position located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy department, ensuring patient safety and comfort. The position requires flexibility to accommodate scheduling requests and may involve onsite floating within essential skill sets or to sites within a 40-mile radius.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license in the state, at least 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) or critical care experience in a larger ED setting, prior travel experience, proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system, completion of ascension profile, ascension skills checklist, and verification of license/certifications.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience and experience working in a high-volume emergency environment.
Float: Float rotation may be required to accommodate staffing needs within skill set or to sites within 40 miles of the primary location.
Additional Information: The leader will attempt to accommodate block scheduling requests but cannot guarantee full adherence if schedule holes need to be filled. The assignment start date is 10/11/2026, with an end date of 01/09/2027.
