Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse needed in Richland, Washington. The position involves providing outpatient emergency care in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including catheter management, triage, and patient education. The role requires recent outpatient clinic experience and proficiency with sterile procedures and catheter exchanges.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 08/10/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact registered nurse (RN) license, at least 1 year of ER or outpatient clinic experience, current BLS certification, and experience with catheter exchange in the last 6 months.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, ER, pre/post-operative, ambulatory surgery, or home health backgrounds, recent outpatient clinic experience with catheters, and seasoned travelers.
  • Additional Information: Candidate must be comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient urology setting, including administering intravesicular BCG, catheter exchanges, and other special procedures. The role may involve training for telephone triage if extended. Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility.
