Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurses are needed in the SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ area to provide critical patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The position involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a licensed nursing professional capable of managing a diverse and dynamic caseload, particularly during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or valid licensure recognized by the organization. BLS certification required. Experience in an emergency room or acute care setting preferred, with at least 1 year of recent clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification are preferred. Additional related education and/or experience are advantageous.
• Additional Information: The position involves direct patient care activities, documentation of assessments, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must possess good physical agility, communication skills, and the ability to respond promptly to patient needs. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use standard precautions due to exposure risks.
