Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Springfield. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fully staffed emergency department that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The role requires flexibility to work one block during major holidays and possibly other shifts as scheduled.

Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of current Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting
Active Vermont RN license or Compact license (must be uploaded with profile)
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
Active American Heart Association PALS certification
All certifications must be in hand to be considered
Bachelor Degree (preferred)
Own vehicle required for this need
Vermont address must be included in profile
Any/All requested RTO must be included in profile
Preferred Qualifications:
3 months minimum travel experience
All certifications with current validity
Prior ER experience of 2+ years
Additional Information:
Travelers may not take all holidays off; required to work during Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after, as well as New Years Eve through New Years Day and the weekend after if scheduled/needed
Submission requirements include all scheduling requests at the time of submission; requests after offer may be rescinded
No block scheduling approval, 48-hour guarantee not available
Local travelers (within 50 miles of the facility) are not eligible
Must work one holiday block if scheduled, as specified
No overtime rates will be provided at the same rate as hourly pay
