Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Janesville, Wisconsin. This role involves providing high-quality acute care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN will utilize their clinical expertise to deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support departmental performance improvement activities.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license, education verification, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in emergency department settings and familiarity with multiple clinical locations within Janesville and Beloit
  • Additional Information: This position requires utilization of the nursing process, administration of prescribed medications and treatments, documentation according to standards of care, and participation in department performance improvement activities. The RN will develop and execute patient plans consistent with physician directives and facility policies. Critical thinking regarding patient safety and quality of care is essential. The position may include work at other emergency department locations within the area.
