• Additional Information: Employees working at certain facilities must possess specific Fingerprint Clearance Cards (Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, Colorado Fingerprint Clearance Card) and maintain them throughout employment.
