Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse West Bloomfield, Michigan. This role involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care within the emergency department. Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, the nurse will provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3/12's nights 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with variable shifts (2:00 PM 2:00 AM) for mids. Duration: 13 weeks with an option to extend.
• Required Qualifications: - Valid licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS. - Education: BSN or higher. - Experience: 1 year minimum. - Location: Michigan.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This position is designed to provide clinical leadership in the emergency department, requiring the ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services and communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
