**Exciting Opportunity for ER Registered Nurse - Night Shift!** Job Description: - Are you a passionate and experienced ER RN ready for your next challenge? - Join our dynamic team and make a profound impact on patient care during night shifts. - We are seeking talented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to excellence. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures, as well as state laws. - Document according to standards of care. - Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. - Develop, initiate, and execute a personalized patient plan of care as prescribed by the physician or clinic policy, including patient and family instruction. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, potentially including shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units and departments in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care. - Apply critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately through the chain of command. - Engage in the professional nursing continuum process, unit practice activities, decisions, and peer review processes. **Requirements:** - Night-Shift hours with rotation on weekends. - Certification Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS. - WI RN Licensure required. - Minimum years of experience: Less than 1 year.
