Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in the region. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in an emergency setting, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to established standards of care. The position requires supervising and directing nursing staff while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to promote patient safety and well-being.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ER experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required
Preferred Qualifications: Emergency Room (ER) specialty certification, additional trauma or emergency care certifications
Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment information, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, collaborates with healthcare team, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties, and performs related job duties as assigned
Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
