Job Details:
**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Experienced ER RN - Active WI RN Licensure - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - Either TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or TNS (Trauma Nurse Specialist) **Preferred Skills:** - Ability to utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing techniques and policies - Document according to standards of care - Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care - Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needs - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities - Utilize clinical expertise to guide other units/departments - Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience - Participate in professional nursing continuum process, unit practice activities, and peer review process
