Shift/Hours: 3x12-hour shifts, rotating days and mids (07:00-19:30 / 11:00-23:30)
Schedule: Days with potential rotation to mids based on department needs; 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Active RN license in MD or Compact State, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certification (on-site during onboarding), 2 years of ER experience, experience with patient ratios of 1:4 up to 1:5, experience using Epic charting system, minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume emergency department
Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience, trauma, stroke, or STEMI certification, experience with pediatric and adult populations
Additional Information: Must be comfortable floating within the emergency department and other affiliated facilities as needed; required to work weekends and holidays as scheduled; onboarding requires labs within 72 hours of signing contract, and compliance documents must be submitted at least 5 days before start date.
