Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring active MA licensure and ACLS, PALS, and CPI/MOAB certifications.

Details

• Hospital Emergency Department setting
• Provides care to pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Triages patients according to acuity and provides ongoing assessment, immediate interventions, and discharge teaching
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only)
• CPI or MOAB certification required
• No minimum years of experience required
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

• Interacts with patients across all age groups on an interdisciplinary level, adapting communication to individual intellectual and physical ability
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Boston, MA
• No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation or paid parking required
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
