• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility; additional certifications as preferred.
• Responsibilities: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment findings, develops care plans, implements interventions, evaluates progress, and collaborates with the healthcare team. Provides patient education and participates in discharge planning. Delegates duties appropriately and ensures a safe, caring environment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
