Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Critical Access Hospital in Vermont, requiring active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.

Details

  • Work in the Emergency Department of a Critical Access Hospital
  • Night shift with varied scheduling
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active VT RN license or Compact RN license required
  • Required certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), TNCC, and NRP — all must be active prior to contract start, or a booked course must be scheduled at time of Clinical Orientation
  • Emergency Room nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Provides age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process within established Standards of Patient Care
  • Assumes leadership responsibilities including delegation to other levels of staff
  • Must maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
