Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in California. The position involves providing high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a 34-bed Emergency Department with a semi/stroke receiving capability and no trauma. The role requires delivering holistic, individualized patient care, patient education, and care coordination in an acute setting.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts, from 6:00 PM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: CA Registered Nurse Licensure, BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and a minimum of 2 years of ER experience required.
• Additional Qualifications: EPIC experience required.
• Responsibilities include assessment, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, along with direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care in the emergency setting.
• The candidate must be able to manage care for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including trauma, stroke, and other emergent conditions.
• Must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide a 7-year work history verification.
• 2 references must be obtained within the last year.
• No on-call requirement; no float rotation is specified, but flexibility may be needed based on staffing.
• Submissions require valid CA RN Licensure uploaded within the last two weeks, applicable certifications with valid expiration dates, and references.
• This position begins on 11/02/2026 and ends on 02/01/2027.
