Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience as an RN in emergency care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with charge nurse responsibilities and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic.
• Additional Information: Position involves working in a 23-bed emergency department with patient ratios typically between 4 to 6. Scrub attire consists of standard scrubs, and no specific dress code is mandated. The role may require float to other units as needed.
