Job Details
Schedule: Rotating shift with 8-hour hours; minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; experience in an acute care facility preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification required; Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification required; Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data to assess health status, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, develops and implements care plans, evaluates patient outcomes, and collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure a safe and healing environment. Provides education to patients and families, participates in discharge planning, delegates tasks appropriately, and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
