Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position located in Indio, California. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients on a per shift basis within a busy Emergency Department setting. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, while supervising staff as delegated and supporting operational efficiency.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certification, Nursing degree, California licensure, and 1 year of clinical experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-acuity ER environments, BLS certification, and CPR certification
  • Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This position is a backfill for M. Kinder.
