The position is scheduled for night shifts, requiring collaboration with a varied team of healthcare professionals, including experienced charge nurses and support staff.
Job Details:
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shift, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 09/29/2026 and ending on 12/22/2026
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Emergency Department experience in an acute care hospital, along with certifications in PALS, ACLS, and BLS.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a charge nurse or prior travel/interim experience working in California is preferred.
Unit Information:
Number of beds: 36
Staff on shift: 113
Types of staff: Varied, including charge nurses, RNs, CNAs, and sitters
Patient ratios: 4:1 for general patients, 1:1 or 2:1 for critical care patients
Equipment: Phillips EMR, Meditech
Additional Information:
No float requirements
Dress code: Scrubs (no specific color)
Work every other weekend
