Requirements
3+ years of Emergency Room/ER experience – Required
TNCC or ENPC – Required
ACLS – AHA
BLS – AHA
Active Michigan RN License required at time of submission
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Perform appropriate nursing interventions based on patient needs. Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions. Provide quality patient care while promoting patient and family satisfaction. Coordinate and delegate nursing activities appropriately. Maintain a safe patient-care environment. Follow hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory guidelines.
