Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Dept RN with a CA license and Level II trauma center background for a varied shift assignment.

Details

• Level II Trauma Center, Joint Commission Accredited STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Receiving Center
• 5 pods with 49 beds, maximum ratio of 4:1
• Approximately 68,000 annual ED visits
• Varied 12-hour shift schedule with start times of 6a, 8a, 10a, 12p, 2p, and 6p
• Uses Epic charting system
• Med/Surg and Critical Care RN positions required to float as needed

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher
• Experience with Pediatrics, Trauma, STEMI, and Stroke cases required
• Epic EMR charting experience required
• ENPC and TNCC certifications preferred
