Job Summary Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency care setting. The RN will utilize their clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for diverse patient populations, ensuring safety and promoting positive outcomes.
Job Details
Position requires CA RN license, CPR, ACLS, NIH PALS, CPI or comparable certification (with an 8-hour class and at least half in person).
Education: BSN or ADN required.
Experience: At least three years of recent RN experience, with a minimum of two years in a specialty area, specifically in the Emergency Room (ER).
Specialty: Emergency Room (ER).
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering therapeutic interventions, and acting as a patient advocate.
Must be available to start on 10/19 and work through 01/24/2027.
Additional skills include patient advocacy, documentation, delegation, care coordination, interdisciplinary communication, educational planning, adult learning theory, socio-cultural analysis, and compliance.
Candidate will collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in ongoing patient care assessments and planning.
Submission of required licenses and certifications is necessary for consideration.
