Job Details
Position Description: Emergency Department Nurse responsible for delivering urgent care, performing trauma assessments, IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKGs. The role involves shift work during nights, with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 48 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Trauma Nursing Critical Care (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Education requirements, and a minimum of one year of experience in emergency nursing or related fields.
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 48 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in emergency or trauma units, active and personable personality, ability to handle high-pressure environments.
Additional Information: Must have current certifications listed above, with no scheduled time off during the contract period. The assignment is for a period starting 11/02/2026 and ending 12/14/2026, with peak staffing during four weekend shifts per month.
