Endoscopy Technician

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Assist clinical staff in the preparation and support of endoscopic procedures
- Set up, maintain, and break down endoscopy equipment and procedure rooms
- Clean, disinfect, and reprocess endoscopes and related instruments according to established protocols
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of equipment and supplies
- Support patient care by preparing procedure areas and assisting with patient positioning as directed
Required Qualifications- Prior experience as an Endoscopy Technician or in a similar procedural support role
- Knowledge of endoscope reprocessing and high-level disinfection procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to infection control standards
Preferred Experience / Skills- Certification in endoscopy technology or sterile processing preferred
- Familiarity with gastrointestinal or surgical procedure environments
- Experience with electronic health record systems or procedure documentation
