Job Details
Position Description: Performs nursing duties in an endoscopy laboratory setting, providing routine and complex care aligned with clinical protocols. Ensures adherence to standards of practice, including medication administration, patient assessment, and documentation.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; RN License in state of employment or compact; BLS via AHA; ACLS via AHA; 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty; location requirement: [Location]; schedule: 5 days, 8 hours, with minimum 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with on-call requirements including 2 weekend call shifts per month and 1 call night per week.
Additional Information: Floating to other departments within Surgical Services may be required to meet operational needs. The role emphasizes independence, clinical judgment, and comprehensive patient care, including pre- and post-procedural assessments and patient education.
