Job Summary:
The Endoscopy Lab Specialist position is based in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role involves providing specialized endoscopy services within a high-volume endoscopy unit. The clinician will perform a variety of procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, and dilations, working in a dynamic environment that requires both clinical expertise and excellent patient care skills.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: 10-hour day shifts with potential to stay late as necessary to complete cases, and a weekend/holiday call rotation on an 8- to 9-week schedule.
• Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association); RN license (state-specific).
• Experience or 'Must Have' Skills: At least pre/post procedural experience, conscious sedation experience, and advanced gastrointestinal case experience are preferred.
• Additional Information: No float requirements. The unit has 10 procedure/operating room rooms, with an average of 30 cases per day. Common cases include EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, dilations, and food impactions. The clinician must be available for call response within 45-60 minutes and will work a schedule of 10-hour days with the possibility of staying late to complete procedures.
• Scheduling: 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting from 08/31/2026.
• Charting System: Cerner.
• Orientation: Unit-specific orientation provided.
• Other Requirements: No specific trauma level designation; acute care setting.
