Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Endoscopy RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring an active OH or compact RN license and call coverage.

Details

• Endoscopy unit setting within a hospital environment
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, with start times ranging between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• No weekend shift work required unless called in
• 1-2 weekday on-call shifts per week following the scheduled shift until 7:00 AM
• 1-2 weekend on-call shifts per 6 weeks, covering 24 hours on both Saturday and Sunday
• Must respond within one hour when called in
• Potential on-call coverage for Labor Day

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact state RN license required, in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 12 months permanent Endoscopy experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the Endoscopy specialty required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within the Endoscopy department
• Complete facility-required ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with up to two attempts allowed to pass
• Expected to work every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Cannot have worked a permanent role at Cleveland Clinic within the past year to be eligible
• Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free policy
