Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Endoscopy position requiring a Georgia or compact RN license and recent endoscopy experience.

Details

• Work in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) endoscopy unit within a clinic setting
• 10-hour day shift schedule (approximately 7am-5:30pm)
• No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
• Floating required, though infrequent

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• At least 1 recent year of endoscopy experience required
• ASC experience is a plus
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within an endoscopy ASC environment
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Facility maintains strict RTO policies, allowing up to 5 days off when not near a holiday and up to 3 days when RTO falls on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request permitted per assignment
