Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring an active GA or Compact license and prior endoscopy experience.

Details

• Diagnostic and Treatment Center setting focused on GI/Endoscopy procedures
• AM shift schedule of 5x8s totaling 40 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break included in shift
• Call rotation required, approximately 7 days within an 8-week period including one weekend and additional weekday shifts

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 18 months of relevant nursing experience required
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Rotate through on-call responsibilities alongside current staff, with schedule varying week to week
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered, with no exceptions for local candidates
• Former Emory or Houston system employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed per assignment
