Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients by learning about their travel interests, preferences, and vacation objectives
• Research destinations, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and unique travel experiences
• Recommend customized vacation options that align with each client's goals and budget
• Coordinate reservations, travel components, and itinerary details through approved booking systems
• Provide clients with confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and pre-departure guidance
• Respond to questions regarding travel plans, reservation updates, and special requests
• Verify booking information and travel details for quality and accuracy
• Monitor active reservations and assist with ensuring travel arrangements are complete before departure
• Maintain organized client records, reservation details, and communication history within company platforms
• Utilize preferred supplier partnerships and internal resources to support client needs
• Expand industry knowledge through destination education, supplier webinars, and ongoing professional training
