About the Position Position: EP Lab Tech Shift: Will work 4x10hrs Day Shifts (0700-1730) but varies as we stay until procedures are complete Daily Caseload per tech: We currently run 1 lab averaging 2-5 cases per day Is on-call REQ? Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Special Requirements: EP Lab experience. Proficient in scrubbing all EP cases to include LAAC procedures and Leadless PPM, Micropace stim, and Cardiolab EXP Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs. Local Radius: 60-mile radius rule Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Garages clearance is only for average suv truck Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
