Position: Epic Application System Analyst $$SN$$
Location: Remote (No Restricted States)
Shift: Days – Standard Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Duration: 26 weeks
Contract Type: Remote Contract
Job Duties
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades for Epic applications and related technologies.
Support Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, and Electronic Remittance Administration workflows.
Participate in Epic application implementations, enhancements, testing, and production deployments.
Analyze and resolve application issues while applying established procedures and technical expertise.
Modify applications and develop solutions to meet business and end-user requirements.
Assist with application upgrades, quality assurance testing, and release management activities.
Monitor application performance and complete required maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to support clinical and business operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation and communicate updates effectively.
Stay current with Epic, vendor, and healthcare IT industry developments.
